Whether an intimate buffet dinner or a reception, our legendary staff will make your Wedding Day outstanding!The Rose Hall Reception features a ballroom for cake cutting and dancing with intimate seating available. An adjacent room offers buffet tables, additional reception seating and Bar Service. Uniformed servers will be on hand to assist you and provide Bar Service, if required. Additional wait staff will be available for passed hors d’oeuvres at an additional charge. The Rose Hall Reception will be adorned with fresh or silk centerpieces on all reception and serving tables. Linens, crystal and serving pieces are provided in all packages. Many catering enhancements such as carving or specialty food stations, mashed potato “martini” bar, frozen drink machines, coffee and dessert bars can be added. Disc Jockey entertainment is provided in some packages or can be added. Wedding and Reception packages feature a heavy hors d’oeuvres buffet. For the more intimate wedding reception of fifty guests or less, we offer brunch or dinner menus. We also offer customized menus upon request.
